Our Guarantee
We stand behind every product we ship. If something's not right, we'll make it right — no runarounds, no complicated forms.
Wrong or Damaged Item
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, we'll send you a full replacement right away. No return required, no questions asked. Just reach out with a photo and we'll fix it.
Unopened Returns — 30 Days
Changed your mind? You can return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just contact us first and we'll walk you through it.
Not Satisfied? Let Us Know
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, reach out. We'll do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or something else. We want you to be happy with every order.
A Note on Food Products
Because our teas are consumable food products, we're not able to accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons — this is standard across the food industry.
That said, we never hide behind that policy. If you've opened something and you're genuinely unhappy with it, tell us. We'd rather hear from you and work something out than lose a customer over a misaligned expectation.
Subscription Orders
Subscription charges work on your billing cycle. If you need to cancel, please do so before your next billing date to avoid that shipment being processed. If you forget and your order ships, we'll still try to work something out — just get in touch.
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing us
- No cancellation fees, ever
- We'll confirm cancellation by email within one business day
Shipping Issues
If a package is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you never received it, let us know within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement at no cost to you.
Need to Reach Us?
The easiest way to sort out any order issue is email. We respond within one business day — usually faster.
