The Standard Box includes 60 tea bags (3 blends x 20) and the Premium Box includes 100 bags (5 blends x 20), both across a curated selection of our anti-inflammatory blends — turmeric, ginger, chamomile, and other herbal blends depending on the season. The exact blend mix varies each quarter so you get to discover new favorites.
Monthly plans ship at the start of each billing cycle. Quarterly plans ship once every 90 days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. We process orders within 1–2 business days of your billing date.
